Day 1 - Arrival
Upon your arrival at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP), Bagdogra Airport (IXB), or the Tenzing Norgay Bus Terminus, our representative will be there to welcome and assist you.
You will then be driven to Darjeeling, a scenic journey of approximately 100 kilometers (3 hours). Situated at an elevation of 2,123 meters (6,967 feet), Darjeeling is renowned as the “Queen of the Hills.” This international destination is famed for its breathtaking beauty, featuring rolling tea gardens set against the majestic backdrop of the Himalayan range.
Upon reaching Darjeeling, check into your pre-booked hotel. The evening is at your leisure to explore the famous Mall Road or the vibrant local markets.

Day 2 - Darjeeling Local Sightseeing OR Excursion to Mirik
Option 1: Darjeeling Local Sightseeing
Early Morning (approx. 4:00 AM): Drive to Tiger Hill to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Kanchenjunga range. On the return journey, visit Ghoom Monastery and the Batasia Loop with its War Memorial.
Breakfast: Return to the hotel for breakfast.
Morning & Afternoon: Proceed for a full day of sightseeing. Key attractions include:

Himalayan Mountaineering Institute (HMI) & Padmaja Naidu Zoological Park
Japanese Peace Pagoda
Ropeway (Cable Car)

Morning: After an early breakfast, embark on a scenic 2-hour drive (32 km) to the tranquil town of Mirik, which lies near the Nepal border.
Highlights of Mirik:
Enjoy the stunning views of Mount Kanchenjunga from Simana Viewpoint.
Experience the serene beauty of Sumendu Lake, with an optional boating activity.
Explore the surrounding tea gardens, orange orchards, and cardamom plantations.
Visit the Pashupati Market in Nepal for shopping (subject to carrying valid ID proof).
Lunch: Will be arranged at a local restaurant in Mirik.
Evening: Drive back to Darjeeling (approx. 1.5 – 2 hours). The late evening is free for you to stroll around the Mall Road, or visit local pubs, eateries, or bakeries.

Day 3 - Departure from Darjeeling
Morning: After breakfast at the hotel, check out and begin your journey to New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB).
Travel Options: You have two scenic route choices for your approximately 120 km (3-4 hour) drive:
Option 1 (Via Mirik): This route takes you through the tranquil town of Mirik, famous for its serene Sumendu Lake, beautiful tea gardens, orange orchards, and cardamom plantations. You may stop at the Simana Viewpoint for stunning Himalayan vistas.
Option 2 (Via Ghoom/Kurseong): This route travels through historic hill stations and some of the world’s most famous tea estates, offering a classic mountain descent.
Important Note: Guests are strongly advised to start early to ensure a relaxed journey and avoid any rush for their onward travel connections.
Drop-off: You will be dropped off at the New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport (IXB) in time for your flight or train. Tour services conclude upon arrival.
